Up to-date Privacy Policy in view of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) effective from 25th May 2018.

BiG consent form
To give BiG permission to use pictures and video clips for publicity and marketing purposes.

BiG football birthday party booking form
To book BiG to host children’s football birthday parties.

BiG holiday football programme registration form
To register onto a BiG football holiday programme.

BiG incident, accident and allegation form
To be completed by BiG officials (including volunteers) when any incident or accident occurs involving any child, or any allegation made in connection with any child participating in any BiG activity.

BiG – Partner Links agreement form
To be completed by both BiG and Partner organisation when delivering either a joint programme or if a Partner organisation contracts BiG to deliver a service on or of-site.

BiG Risk Assessment form
To be completed by BiG before every programme to ensure that children, officials and volunteers are safe and free from danger at venues where services will be delivered.
